Built and run by one developer in the Netherlands — Thomas van der Bruggen Holding B.V., KvK 75464136. It stays free because it is deliberately lean and funded by optional donations, not by fees.
No second tier exists, so nothing here can be moved behind one later.
No trial clock. No feature gates. No surprises.
Yes. Unlimited invoices, unlimited clients, every feature, forever. There is no paid tier waiting behind it. If you love it you can leave a donation, but you never have to.
There isn't one. No feature limits, no watermarks, no expiring trial. Create invoices, download clean PDFs, move on.
Almost every country is selectable, and every ISO currency formats cleanly with the right paper size (A4 or US Letter) picked for you. For 61 countries, across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and Africa, there is a plain-English invoicing guide, and for 52 of them the currency, tax rate, tax labels and legal notes fill in when you pick one as your own. Anywhere else you set the tax rate yourself, and a free account remembers it. The exception is nine countries whose law requires certified invoicing software or clearance through a state platform: the guides stay, but you can't invoice from here if your business is established there. The interface stays in English, and the invoice document itself can be in eight languages.
Nine countries regulate the invoicing software itself, or route every invoice through a state or licensed platform before it counts as an invoice: Spain, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, France, Italy, Poland, Romania and Croatia. Invoice Forever meets none of those rules and can't submit to those platforms, so offering it to a business established there would leave you non-compliant, and in Spain and Portugal it would put me in breach too. The country guides stay online, estimates still work, and you can invoice clients in those countries from a business established elsewhere. The full reasoning, with the rule and date behind each one, is on the compliance page.
Every account is fully isolated, and your books are yours: export everything to a single file whenever you like. No lock-in.
Absolutely. Add your business name or upload a logo, and it appears on every invoice and PDF you create.
So is the one after that, and every one after those.
